Once the products leave our store or warehouse, any fees (such as custom duties) incurred should be paid by the customer, as each country's customs policy is different. Since the related costs are the responsibility of the customer, you can contact us after order checkout to tell us about mailing documents you need. Changing mailing documents is a personal choice and you are solely responsible for any information you provide.

Because it is 100% natural crystal, it is hard to keep everyone is same. So these may happen:

- Each crystal is a unique and natural creation, and may have occasional imperfections like pits, chips, or scratches. Please feel free to message us for any inquiries or additional photos.
- The size & weight of every crystal always is different, it's normal for the difference.
- The color on the pictures may also have some difference with the product, it is normal.
- The pictures often look larger than real product, please refer the product size for reference.
