Crystal Returns

Our return policy is aimed at ensuring your satisfaction with your crystal purchase. If for any reason you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we have a refund policy in place. This is our way of building trust and providing you with the confidence to shop for crystals with ease. We believe in the power and beauty of crystals, and we want you to experience that with satisfaction.

Refunds are acceptable within 14 days after delivery date. If you would like to make a refund, please contact us with clear pictures of the item, SKU number and product situation (email: encentric.hk@gmail.com).

​All returns must be received in perfect resalable condition in order for refunds to be granted. If the Item you return does not arrive in perfect resalable condition, we cannot offer any refund.

All products are non-refundable after 14 days. 

 

We will contact you and provide the delivery address and details to you after receiving your refund enquiry. Please send back the product to us within 7 days. 

After getting back the product, we will advise you and arrange a refund within 14 working days. 

 

Delivery Fee is paid by 

• us if we made a mistake like wrong delivery and product mistakes.    OR

• customer yourself if you changed your preference or requirements after purchase.
